If your credit card was not approved for any reason, and as a result you did not receive a car or had to purchase local insurance, unfortunately no refund can be approved. However if you did provide a valid credit card with sufficient funds, and the card was wrongfully rejected, you can open a claim with us to apply for a refund.
In this case, you will be asked to provide official bank confirmation that your credit card had a sufficient credit line to block the deposit on the day of rental, fulfilled the required conditions (according to the rental conditions / NO Debit, Electron etc.), was valid on the day of pick up and belongs to you.
It is also strongly advised to contact us via phone directly through the number on your voucher and in your confirmation mail when issues arise at the rental desk.
