Can I get a refund when I did not pick up the car?

Unfortunately no. Should you fail to arrive at the rental desk (at all or on time), or fail to present all required documents including a credit card, the rental company may consider your reservation as "no-show", resulting in the car being denied with no refund.

Should you be delayed, or when issues arise at the rental desk, we strongly advise you to contact us via phone directly through the number on your voucher and in your confirmation mail.
