There was no information on

There was no information on the page that at arrival one has to contact the rental company. Or I can say the description was wrong with telling the client that the rental company is at the terminal. This way one has to figure out how to get the car, where is wheego by asking several people in the terminal and in front of the building which costs a lot of time and causes stress.

I was supposed to receive

I was supposed to receive an extra mail after the confirmation for happycar.com which was supposed to contain more detail about my booking but never came in the end. Arriving to Brussels airport, I wasn't even 100% sure about which rental company I chose. Since the mail from Buget didn't came, I guess I'm not the only one to whom this happened, it would be great that the mail from happicar.com would contain a little summary about what was select on happycar.com at booking time (at least the actual rental company's name and maybe the model chosen)
